Takuro Morinaga's lecture

On 10 Oct. I've heard Mr. Takuro Morinaga's lecture at Oita city.
The world in the 60s had stability because of the regulated companies. Before former British Prime Minister Thatcher the value was thought to be
produced by laborer, after Thatcher the value is thought to be produced by capitalists using capital and labor.
After 1986 deregulation started,they became less regulated, and global divided production had promoted. With the money which people put into investment
investors who have got stocks had done M&A to get profit. The rich became richer.
In U.S. the U.S. army get the high school students' achievements and they recruit the students who have been ranked lower of their schools.The needy
can't go to college unless joining an army.
Both U.S. and Japan investors has done M&A for the stockholders' profits. They needed no own capital to promote it. It is similar to Nobunaga. While
there was room to spread, it could work. But the successor Hideyoshi had gone to the end,then he send troops to Korea and failed. Now we have to remind it. In the Edo era,from the third Shogun Iemitsu,government promoted stability. People worked four hours in a day enjoying their life. We can live happily if we live like the Edo people. You might well live like Italian producing excellent goods which don't compete goods made in China.
It's the matter to enjoy life with singing,eating and loving. If the teachers give students dismal face, they can't teach children to enjoy life.
"To make your office brighter I recommend this way" said Morinaga. On a female worker's birthday, buy a red rose and gift it to the lady with saying
"Happy birthday. I bought this white rose for you." The lady will say "Are you kidding? It's red." You reply " Wow,it have become red 'cause shay in
front of your beauty."
His lecture made the audience so bright and happy.

　10月10日　大分市で森永卓郎さんの講演を聴きました。
60年代の世界では、会社は規制されており安定していました。サッチャー元英国首相以前は、労働者が価値を産み出すと思われていました。サッチャー以後は資本家が資本と労働力を使って価値を産み出すと思われています。
1986年以降、規制緩和が始まり、規制が弱まり国際分業が進みました。人々が投資に回したお金で投資家は株式を買い利益のためにＭ＆Ａ（企業の合併吸収）を行いました。金持ちはますます金持ちになりました。
アメリカでは高校生の成績を軍が知っており成績のよくない生徒をリクルートしています。貧しい生徒は軍に入らないと大学には行けません。
アメリカでも日本でも投資家は株主の利益のために企業の吸収合併をしました。成長のための自己資本は要りませんでした。それは信長がやったことと似ています。拡大する余地がある間はできました。しかし後継者秀吉は行き詰まって朝鮮出兵し失敗しました。がその後の江戸時代は３代将軍家光以後安定しました。人々は一日４時間働き人生を楽しみました。私たちも江戸の人々のように暮らせば人生を幸せに生きることができます。中国製と競合しない優れた製品を作るイタリア人のようにやったらいいです。歌い、食べ、愛し、人生を楽しむことが大事です。教員が暗い顔をしていたら子ども達に人生を楽しむことを教えられません。
「職場を明るくするためいい方法があります」と森永さんは言いました。女性の職員の誕生日に赤いバラを１輪買ってこう言ったらいいです。「誕生日おめでとう。君のために白いバラを買ってきたよ」彼女はこう言うでしょう。「ふざけてるの？赤いバラじゃない」あなたはこう答えます、「あれー、君の美しさに恥ずかしがってバラも赤くなっちゃった」
話を聴きに来ていた人たちはとても明るくなりました。
