On 5th September, the junior high school held athletic meeting. I cooked lunch from 5:00 a.m.
My second eldest son went to fishing at 5:30 by motorcycle.
Around 7:00 a.m. for my daughter had to prepare cheer leafing, I took her to school.
For the athletic meeting would start at 9:00 a.m. I thought I had to go at 8:30 a.m.
Around 8:00 a.m. there was a phone call from my son's friend. He told me that the car which my son had got on was overturned and my son was wounded. Then he put a mother of my daughter's classmate on. She told me that she saw them by chance and she called for an ambulance, I could know which hospital he would be sent in about twenty minutes if I would ask the service office. She said my son was wounded, but remain conscious, so I need not worry too much.
After a while I called the the office and knew he was sent to Ichinomiya neurosurgery hospital, then I went there.
At an emergency room of the hospital, there were my son'sfriend ,Takeshi, and his mother and my son. I had heard that four boys went to fishing by Takeshi's car. The car was bought for him by his mother just three days before.
On the way back home from Matsubara Dam, on the narrow winding road he had made a mistake of braking and the car skidded and overturned to right.
My son was in the right backseat. The car's windows were broken, so the driver and my son was wounded by glass.
Takeshi was wounded in his right arm, my son wounded in his right forehead and his right arm. The other two boys didn't hurt and they were waiting for a wrecker.
I asked my son whether he had fastened his seatbelt. He replied there was no rear seatbelt. So I let him be taken Xray of his brain just make sure.
The doctor explained me there was no damage by this accident, he has a little cyst of the brain and his brain was unsymmetrical. She said she suppose it benign, but he had better got MRI..
For the present, he had his forehead and arm's injury treated.
Whenever he goes to fishing, he put on his straw hat. Thanks for it he had little wounded on his head skin.
When I got the phone call I was worry, but after the treatment I was relieved.
Then I went to junior high school for the athletic meeting. I missed my daughter's 100m run.
My daughter danced very well. When I danced the "Megiron dance", I made mistakes five times.
9月5日 中学校の運動会でした。朝5時から弁当をつくりました。
2番目の倅は5時半にバイクで釣りにでかけました。
7時ごろ、娘はチアリーダーの準備があるので私が学校に送っていきました。
運動会は9時からなので8時半にでかけようと思っていました。
8時ごろ倅の友だちから電話がありました。倅の乗ったクルマが横転して倅がけがをしたと言いました。それから、娘の同級生のお母さんに電話を代わりました。そのお母さんはたまたま通りかかって救急車を呼んであげた、20分くらいしたら消防署にきけばどこの病院に行ったかわかる。倅はけがをしているけど意識はあるからあんまり心配しなくていいといいました。
少し経って電話して一宮脳神経外科へ連れていかれたとわかり、行きました。
緊急処置室に、友だちのたけし君とそのお母さんと倅がいました。友だち4人でたけし君のクルマで釣りに行ったそうです。そのクルマは3日前にお母さんに買ってもらったクルマでした。
松原ダムから帰る途中、狭いくねくね道でブレーキをかけ損なってスリップし右に横転したそうです。
倅は後部座席の右側に乗っていました。窓ガラスが割れて運転していた人と倅がガラスでけがをしました。
たけし君は右腕、せがれは右の額と右腕を怪我しました。あとの二人はけがをせずレッカー車を待っているそうです。
倅にシートベルトはしていたかききました。後部座席にはシートベルトはなかったと答えました。それで念のため頭の検査をさせました。
医者は事故による損傷はなかったが、小さな嚢胞があり脳が左右非対称ですと説明してくれました。良性のものだと思うけどMRIをとってみた方がいいと言われました。
その日は額と腕の傷の手当をしてもらいました。
倅は釣りに行くときはいつも麦わら帽子をかぶっており、頭はあまりけがをせずに済みました。
電話をもらったときは心配しましたが、手当てが済んでほっとしました。
それから中学の運動会へ行きました。娘の徒競走は見逃しました。ダンスは上手でした。私のめじろんダンスは5か所まちがえました。

new cell phone
When I speak English I am stretching words into Japanese form in which all syllables end in vowels.
Maybe it seems a kind of fun. Once I've watched a video clip, the title of "helpmefindparents" , in which a foreigner of native speaker of English were speaking English imitating Japanese intentionally. He was comical.
But it can't be bearable to admit that I am speaking English in such funny way.
In YouTube I can also watch much better video clip. I'm fond of Mishima Yukio's interview. His English is natural and elegant.
I want to practice reading aloud English books or articles, and want to listen interesting speech or interviews more often. For example, "Meet the writers" at BARNS & NOBLE site, Hikozaemon at YouTube.
Today I went to a mobile phone shop.I'm satisfied with my cell phone, nevertheless I've decided to buy new one.
I've made up my mind to change my cell phone. Because I'm not satisfied with the monthly charge.
I pay at a "simple plan SS everybody discount" at au. It cost 1800 yen of basic monthly charge. Also I pay an optional service about 600 yen. I want to pay by the "simple plan E" and a "EZweb" service, those price are 780 yen and 315 yen.
The other day I asked a clerk on an au shop whether could I change the payment plan to the "simple E" or not. He said I couldn't change without changing my cell phone.
After second thought, I made up my mind to buy new phone. It'll cost over 30000 yen. If I bought a new phone at 35000 yen by in 24 installments I would pay about 2500 yen per month. And in 24 months the payment would decrease in about 1100 yen per month.
Only one problem is that I must give up an iPhone. Hope I'll be satisfied with the new cell phone for two years or more.
私は英語を喋るとき日本式に音節の終わりに母音を加えます。たぶんちょっとおかしいです。前に一度「ヘルプミーファインドペアレンツ」という動画を見ましたが、それは英語を母国語とする外国人がわざと日本人風の発音で喋っていました。おもしろかったです。
しかし、自分があんなおかしな風に英語を喋っているというのはいやです。

先日auショップの店員さんに支払い方法をシンプルプランEに変えられないかききました。端末を変えないと変えられないそうです。
よく考えて新しいのに買い換えることにしました。30000円以上するようです。 仮に35000円のものを２４回払いで買ったら月々およそ2500円払うことになります。24ヶ月が過ぎたら月々およそ1100円です。
ひとつ問題はアイフォンを買うのをあきらめないといけないことです。2年かそれ以上新しい携帯電話に満足できますように。

Questionnaire about behavior of reading
Last Saturday my third eldest son's teacher had visited my home. He said my son seemed having no problem at school. He even makes joke with his mates. When the teacher talks to him,he replies, my son isn't the first to say.
I take him hasn't always been interested in studies in high school, and hasn't expecting to study at college. I always tell him try to figure out how to make a living.
The choice is possible for him to have more than one, going on to higher, and getting employment.
An example, he goes to literature 1 course in his senior going to take exam for public officer, if he could pass he would be employed, if he couldn't pass, he would continue studying and take National Center Exam and take exam for college or junior college.
Both exams are difficult. I hope he realize it. Because he loves playing video games, I think it's appropriate for him to get an occupation which he can afford playing games on weekdays and holiday.
Recently, a work bothers me, a questionnaire. My chief has taken a questionnaire about students' behavior of reading.
"Have you read any book last month?" "Have you read any magazine?" "What have you read?" "Do you like doing research?" "Do you know the campaign of National Reading Year?" and so on.
What magazine have they read? the answers are comic, fashion, cosmetics, motorbike, game, weekly general magazine.
Some of them always care their appearance. They take it clothes are the only way they can show the public what they are or who they would like to be. Others are fond of video games, also motorbike.
How do they feel like about reading? They feel it good, useful.
How do they feel like the person who favors reading? They have some impression about the person, as smart, earnest, serious, reliable, quiet.
The survey have done at each high school in Oita pref. Later we can see all the tendency.
先週の土曜日３番目の倅の家庭訪問がありました。先生は倅は学校では特に問題はなさそうといいました。倅は友だちと軽口さえたたくそうです。先生が話しかけると答えるけど、倅からは話しかけないそうです。
私は倅はどの教科にも興味はなさそうに思いますし、大学で何かを勉強したがっているとも思いません。いつもどうやって口を糊すか考えなさい、と言っています。
選択は、進学就職のどちらかひとつには限りません。
たとえば、高３で文１コースに行き、公務員の試験を受けて受かれば就職し、受からなければ勉強を続けてセンター試験を受け大学受験する、ということができます。
どちらの試験も困難です。それを理解してほしいです。倅はゲームが大好きですので、平日休日にゲームをできる余裕のあるところに就職したらいいと思います。
最近 ひとつ面倒な仕事がありました。アンケート調査です。主任が生徒の読書傾向に関するアンケートをとりました。
「先月本を読みましたか？」 「雑誌を読みましたか？」 「何を読みましたか？」 「調べ学習は好きですか？」 「国民読書年を知っていましたか？」 などなど。
どんな雑誌を読んでいるか。 答えは、漫画、服、化粧、化粧品、バイク、ゲーム、総合雑誌です。いつも外見を気にする生徒もいます。洋服だけが、彼らを他者に対して自分が何者か、何者になりたいと思っているかを示す方法だと考えます。 ゲームやバイクが好きな生徒もいます。
読書についてどんなイメージをもっているか。 よいこと、役立つことと思っています。
読書が好きな人についてどんな印象をもっているか。 頭がよい、まじめ、熱心、頼りになる、おとなしいという印象をもっています。
この調査は大分県の各高校で行っています。後日 その傾向についてわかるでしょう。

Home visiting
On 19 June I'll see my son's high school teacher at my home.
We'll talk about my third-eldest son's course.
He seems to desire neither to go to university nor to find a job.
If he doesn't want to study something at university, going to university is waste of time and money.
But he may want to go to university to gain time.
Though he isn't so clever, he isn't brick-head.
He hardly knows various lifestyles. He is sociably naive.
And he doesn't know a differential regulated by educational background. In Japan there's no obvious class.
Instead of it there is meritocracy. So we tend to get educational background as highly as possible.
I slightly hope him to go to university. I admit it my vanity. I hope him get stable life with having stable job.
It is hard for me to afford the expences for university. But I'm willing to pay if he wants to go.
Of cource to make dicision is his business. I put my idea behind his will.
6月19日倅の高校の先生が家庭訪問に来ます。 3番目の倅の進路について話します。
大学に行きたがっているようにも就職したがっているようにも見えません。
何か勉強したいのでなければ、大学へ行くのは時間と金の浪費です。
しかし、時間を稼ぐために進学したいかもしれません。
そう賢くもないですがばかでもないです。
しかし、多様なライフスタイルを知らなくて世間知らずです。
学歴による格差についても知りません。日本では明白な階級はありません。その代わりメリトクラシーがあります。それでなるべく高い学歴を得ようとします。
ちょっと進学してほしいです。私の見栄だとわかっています。安定した仕事をもって安定した生活をしてほしいです。
学費を払うのはたいへんです。でも進学したいといえば喜んで払います。
もちろん決めるのは本人です。本人の意思が私の思いより優先します。

My son's high school life
I've received a journal of junior from my son's home room teacher with his report card.
The high school teachers talked about the serial stealing at PTA meeting held on May. According to the journal the stealing continue.
On the other hand, according to the bulletin of Hita city library near by the high school, some magazines had been stolen.
Why the person steal what he /she wants.?
After he /she had succeeded to graze money or goods in secret, that might have become common.
If the cost that he/she must pay when the crime is exposed was big enough, he/she might quit.
By all means I hope the criminal to be caught. I don't care i they use a secret camera in a limited way.
Those who think themselves to be allowed to steal if not found are cheat.
Irregular lost of money or goods makes many people anxious. I'm one of them. I hope my son's school life to be cheerful and decent.
倅の成績表といっしょに2年学年だよりが送られてきました。
5月のPTAでも盗難のことを先生が言っていましたが、学年だよりによるとその後も盗難が続いているそうです。
一方、高校のすぐ近くの市立図書館だよりによると雑誌が盗難にあっているらしいです。
なぜその人は欲しいものを盗むのでしょう？
見つからずにお金や品物を手に入れることができると、それがあたりまえになってしまうのかもしれません。
見つかったときに払うコストが大きければやめるかもしれません。
ぜひ犯人を捕まえておしいです。限定的にかくしカメラを使ってもかまわないと思います。
見つからなければ盗んでもよいと考える人はずるいと思います。
不規則に金品がなくなることは多くの人を心配させます。私もそうです。倅の高校生活が明るくまともであってほしいと思います。

Shopping
On 29th May I went out with my daughter and my son by car.
My daughter wanted to go to shopping at Shimamura and my son wanted to sell his video games and rent some DVDs at Tsutaya.
First er arrived at Shimamura. My son said he would rather wait in the car, so my daughter and I entered the shop.
In the shop I remembered my son needed some clothes, and at that time my daughter could help him to choose clothes.
He is one of those who never seem to be the least bit influenced by fashion.
But I thought he needed one or two clothes to look like his mates, hopefully popular.
I hardly know which clothes are fashionable. So I let my daughter choose for him two T-shirts and a short sleeve top.
She also bought her own. Those were inexpensive.
Why the products of Shimamura are inexpensive?
According to the book titled "A grande at Starbucks is a good deal!" written by Yoshimoto Yoshio, they have done quality checkup, putting price tags, sorting for each branch, and packing in China where the labor cost is inexpensive. Then they import altogether by container shipping, carry into the Shimamura distribution center. This system cut the distribution cost three-tenth.
Then we went to Tsutaya. He sold some video games. I signed and showed my driver's lisence. He received eight thousand yen and some coins.
He spends his disposable time for playing video games and watching video clips at home. Perhaps he lives on games.
５月２９日 娘と倅と私で、クルマででかけました。
娘はしまむらで買い物をしたくて、倅はツタヤでゲームを売ってＤＶＤを借りたかったのです。
最初にしまむらに着きました。倅はクルマで待っとくと言いましたので、娘と店に入りました。
店の中で、倅にも服を買ってやらなくちゃと思い出しました。そのときだったら娘に服を選ぶのを手伝ってもらえます。
倅は流行にこれぽっちも関心がありません。
しかし、私は友だちと同じようなのが、できればはやりのが必要だと思いました。
私はどういう服が今風なのか全然わかりません。それで娘にＴシャツ２枚と半そでの上着１枚見立ててもらいました。
娘も自分の服を買いました。安かったです。
どうしてしまむらの服は安いのでしょうか？
吉川佳男の書いた『スタバではグランデを買え』によると、商品の検品、値札つけ、店別の仕分けをすべて、人件費の安い中国で行ってからまとめてコンテナで輸入し、そのコンテナをしまむらの物流センターに直接運びこみます。この方式で物流コストを３割削減しました。
それから、ツタヤに行きました。倅はゲームソフトを売りました。私がサインして免許証を提示しました。倅は8000円と小銭をいくらか受け取りました。
倅は家で過ごす時間のほとんどをゲームするのと動画を見るのに使っています。たぶんゲームで生きているのです。

In the shop I remembered my son needed some clothes, and at that time my daughter could help him to choose clothes.
He is one of those who never seem to be the least bit influenced by fashion.
But I thought he needed one or two clothes to look like his mates, hopefully popular.
I hardly know which clothes are fashionable. So I let my daughter choose for him two T-shirts and a short sleeve top.
She also bought her own. Those were inexpensive.
Why the products of Shimamura are inexpensive?
According to the book titled "A grande at Starbucks is a good deal!" written by Yoshimoto Yoshio, they have done quality checkup, putting price tags, sorting for each branch, and packing in China where the labor cost is inexpensive. Then they import altogether by container shipping, carry into the Shimamura distribution center. This system cut the distribution cost three-tenth.
Then we went to Tsutaya. He sold some video games. I signed and showed my driver's lisence. He received eight thousand yen and some coins.
He spends his disposable time for playing video games and watching video clips at home. Perhaps he lives on games.
５月２９日 娘と倅と私で、クルマででかけました。
娘はしまむらで買い物をしたくて、倅はツタヤでゲームを売ってＤＶＤを借りたかったのです。
最初にしまむらに着きました。倅はクルマで待っとくと言いましたので、娘と店に入りました。
店の中で、倅にも服を買ってやらなくちゃと思い出しました。そのときだったら娘に服を選ぶのを手伝ってもらえます。
倅は流行にこれぽっちも関心がありません。
しかし、私は友だちと同じようなのが、できればはやりのが必要だと思いました。
私はどういう服が今風なのか全然わかりません。それで娘にＴシャツ２枚と半そでの上着１枚見立ててもらいました。
娘も自分の服を買いました。安かったです。
どうしてしまむらの服は安いのでしょうか？
吉川佳男の書いた『スタバではグランデを買え』によると、商品の検品、値札つけ、店別の仕分けをすべて、人件費の安い中国で行ってからまとめてコンテナで輸入し、そのコンテナをしまむらの物流センターに直接運びこみます。この方式で物流コストを３割削減しました。
それから、ツタヤに行きました。倅はゲームソフトを売りました。私がサインして免許証を提示しました。倅は8000円と小銭をいくらか受け取りました。
倅は家で過ごす時間のほとんどをゲームするのと動画を見るのに使っています。たぶんゲームで生きているのです。

lecture of harassment
I went to Bepppu to attend a conference of labor union, from 22 to 23 May.
On the first day I had a lecture from some officers about new evaluation system, how to prevent mental disease and new agreement of employers and employees which start in two years.
Then we took dinner hearing the address from each department --clerks, practice teachers, school nurses, school librarians, female workers, part-time and correspondence school workers --then each district.
The dinner was family style. We shared the dishes.
After the conference I enjoyed spa. I shared a room with two acquaintance. We chatted over glasses of coffee flavor Shochu. A bottle of shochu contain coffee beans was gifted. Also we were given fruits.Both were taste so good.
Next morning I heard a lecture about power harassment and moral harassment. The tutor who came from the Atelier M, a consulting company was so great. She explained what to do if you met a harassment or if one of your co-worker met a harassment.
It's a heavy matter. I should remember which I've heard.
５月２２日から２３日 別府に研修に行きました。
初日は何人かの役員の方から新しい人事評価システムやメンタルな病気を防ぐにはどうしたらいいかや２年後から始まる労使協議などについて講義を聴きました。
それから夕食をとりました。その間、事務職、実習教諭部、養護教諭部、学校司書部、女性部、定通部からの挨拶を聞きました。そして各支部から聞きました。
夕食は大皿からとりわけるスタイルで、料理をわけあって食べました。
研修の後は温泉を楽しみました。私は他の２人の知人と同室に泊まりました。私たちはコーヒーの香りの焼酎を飲みながらしゃべりました。コーヒー豆を漬けてある焼酎を差し入れされ、フルーツももらいました。どちらもたいへんおいしかったです。
翌日午前中はパワーハラスメント、モラルハラスメントについての研修を受けました。講師はアトリエエムから来た方で、そても上手でした。私たちがハラスメントに遭遇したり、職場の仲間がハラスメントに遭遇したときどうしたらいいか説明してくれました。
とても重い問題です。聞いたことをしっかり覚えておかないといけません。
