congratulation new business

The other day I sent a gift with a message of congratulation to my old aquaintance on his opening new business.
He used to teach seven classes a week at a famous suplimental school. At the end of 2005 the company said to him they would employ him four classes at a week. Unless he would agree this condition, they won't renew a contract of employment.
He refused because he couldn't make his living at the wage. He offered five a week to avoid rapid decrese of income, but he couldn't accepted.
He filed a suit against the company with the District Court for his employment, The District Cort judged the company violated labor law so that they should pay him the money of three million fifty hundred yen for a reconciliation. He has been jobless for three years. During that time he studied to get a lisence of administrative scrivener.
The time has come to open his Public Notary Office.
Meanwhile the company has changed the employment condition better, they have made the part-time regular worker who is employed a period of one year get social insurance.
His trial was useful not only himself but also many other workers.
I respect him.
He has been a person who can't overlook injustice. He has been volunteering to support the overstay foreign families not to be forced to return their mother country.
I hope his office will be crowded.

先日、古くからの知人に、新規開業のお祝いを贈りました。
彼はずっと大手予備校で週７コマ教えていました。でも2005年度末会社から　週４コマにすると言われました。それをのまないなら契約更新しないと言われました。
彼はその賃金では生活できないので拒否しました。週５コマにして急激な収入減を避けられるよう申し入れましたが、認められませんでした。
彼は地方裁判所に雇用を守る訴えを起こしました。裁判所は会社が労働法に抵触すると判断し、和解金３５０万円を払うよう命じました。彼は３年間無職でした。その間行政書士の資格を取る勉強をしました。
いよいよ行政書士事務所を開くことになりました。
裁判をしている間、予備校は一年契約の非常勤講師に社会保険をつけるという待遇の改善をしてきました。彼の裁判は彼自身だけでなく他の人にも有益でした。
彼を尊敬します。彼は不正を見過ごすことのできない人です。ボランティアでオーバーステイの家族が強制送還されないよう手助けしてきました。
彼の事務所が繁盛するといいなあと思います。
