Farewell party

On 27 Mar. there was a farewell party of my office.
We must say good bye to teachers and clerks who will transfer and who will retire, and adjunct part-time teachers. Now is the time of departure.

My third eldest son and I have seen the teacher who taught my son when he was sixth grade in the elementary school. On 29 Mar. the three boys and a girl of the five classmates at that time had seen their teacher again. Also did four of their mothers. One of the mothers has been getting on a mobile to the teacher once in a while. She asked him to meet us because our children had graduated from junior high school. The students will go different high schools. It’s a time for children to get together. Otherwise they are hardly to meet before a coming-of-Age ceremony. We met at Mizube no Sato in Oyama town. The boys had lunch together with glee.
There were five students in the class at the sixth grade in the elementary school. Then a girl student went to a junior high school in Fukuoka Prefecture. The others went to the junior high school in their home town by school bus. Time flies.

On 30 Mar. also there was a farewell party of my children's junior high school. Ms. Akiyoshi who taught my son in his third grade will transfer. Mr. Mori who was in charge of run the club my son belonged to will transfer. The vice principal of junior high school will advance to the principal of another junior high school. The part-time teacher who taught my daughter English will work at the junior high school which she graduated next school year. And the school nurse is to study at an university for one year. She said she wanted to study psychology of adolescence to understand students at puberty. I wish to see her again and ask anything about pubertal children. Once I was, but I can’t remind well how I felt at puberty.

On 31 Mar. I was surprised when I read an article which told that Mr, Yoichi Takahashi who is an economist had been prosecuted on suspicion of stealing. He had stole a BVLGARI wristwatch. He was a person who pointed out the horded money in Kasumigasseki. He was under Ben Bernanke’s tutelage while studying at Princeton University. It’s unbelievable and mysterious. I wonder it has something to do with Democratic Party of Japan’s donation scandal?
