Sport meeting

On September 23 tuesday, I went to an elementary school's sports meeting.
It was planned on 21 and it was postponed for rain.
The elementary school is so small that the sports meeting is held colabolated with
a nersery and local community. The Junior high school students who graduated from
this elementary school also come. This year add to them about ten students graduated another
elementary school have come. The number of junior high school students were twice as usual.
Perhaps some students live in this district asked their friends to come to help. The resident
of my town were surprised and so pleased.
The elementary school students showed us riding uni-cycle or dancing Eisar,and the nersery
kids showed us running or dancing, thereby the spectator was impressed and admired those children.
At the race which the runner had to pick up a candy from the box of flour without their hands,
the junior high school students were ashamed of their faces but grown-ups were doing joyfully.
We put away things in cooperation. That was very nice nobody was injured this year.

　9月23日火曜日　小学校の運動会に行きました。21日にあるはずが雨で延期になっていたのです。
　小学校は小さいので運動会は保育園と地区の自治会と合同で行われます。小学校を卒業した中学生
も来ます。今年はそれに加えて別の小学校を卒業した中学生も10人程来てくれました。中学生の数は
いつもの年の倍でした。たぶん何人かの中学生が友達に応援を頼んだのでしょう。町の人たちは驚き
喜んでいました。
　小学校の生徒たちは一輪車に乗ったりエイサーを踊ったりして見せてくれ、保育園の子ども達は
かけっこやダンスを見せてくれて、見物客は感心して賞賛していました。
　小麦粉の入った箱から手を使わず飴をとるレースでは、中学生は恥ずかしそうでしたが、大人は
ノリノリで楽しんでやっていました。
　片付けも皆で協力して終わりました。今年はけが人もいなくてよかったです。
